This is a Classic Vintage Style Pin-Up Poster originally published in the 1970s. This Poster, by Gil Elvgren - one of the most famous and respected pin up artists of the twentieth century, is from the canvas oil painting of the same name.
Gillette Elvgren was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he worked in his father's paint store. He created billboard, poster and magazine artwork, but is most famous for his pin-up girls. The "Elvgren Girl" was known for her sweet, sexy and innocent demeanor from the late 1930's through the early 1970's.
