The map depicts the north Maluku islands (Moluccas) off the west coast of
Halmahera, being Ternate, Timor (Moti), Tidoro (Tidore), Machian (Makian) &
Bachian (Bacan). The coast of Gilolo (Halmahera) covers the eastern edge of the
map.
